Reliable for Front Yard Design

This was my third time using Yardzen, this time for a Front Yard Design. Like before, the process was straightforward. The Planting Plans were detailed, and the contractor matching service was helpful again. It's consistent; I know what to expect and they always deliver a solid plan. Good for refreshing parts of the yard without a huge hassle.

Good design, communication could improve

I purchased the Full Yard Design package a few months ago for my new house. The 3D Renderings were pretty cool and gave me a good idea of what the space could look like. The designers definitely took my feedback into account. It took about 3 weeks to get the initial designs, which was a bit longer than I expected. When I had questions, customer service usually got back to me within 2 days, but sometimes it felt like I was explaining myself a couple of times. Overall, the value for the money was there, especially compared to local architects. Just wish the communication was a little more proactive.
